We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Shipping and Handling Outdoor Gearstore will ship the goods as itemized by DHL carriers and ROYAL MAIL in the UK service and will require a signature. International Deliveries We reserve the right to cancel or stop any order if we believe there is a problem or the goods will not travel well international, which you will be informed of and your money returned to you in full. Delivery Schedule We will try our best to process your order in time for delivery the next two business days. However, please allow 3-5 working days especially during busy periods. England, Wales, and southern Scotland, Please note that due to the increase in postage costs we are no longer able to send items above 10kg to certain
more remote areas of the UK.
Orders before 9am it will be dispatched the same working day. But please allow 3-5 days.

As we use royal mail to deliver international parcels, All our delivery times are as best as we can give you and what we are provided, but please note we cannot be held responsible if these times do take longer as we cannot guarantee the service from international companies used the royal mail, therefore a parcel is not deemed to be undelivered till 25 days have passed.
You will receive an e-mail on the day of dispatch informing you that the product has been dispatched. If you haven’t heard anything from either ourselves or the delivery companies within 3 working days from the date of the dispatch email, please contact us.
A signature must be obtained by our couriers when the goods are delivered. Present at the delivery address. If this is not the case please contact the couriers to arrange re-delivery or to collect the item.
